  • Andrea J. Reuter, DVM

    Veterinarian/Practice Owner

    Dr. Reuter (pronounced same as "rider") joined our staff in June of 2007 after graduating from the University of Missouri's College of Veterinary Medicine.  She has extensive experience in both small animal and farm animal medicine.  Having grown up in the area, she is familiar with our community and clients. In the fall of 2024 she purchased the practice from Dr. Scott Fray.

  • Rachel A. Nolan, DVM

    Veterinarian

    Dr. Nolan graduated from the University of Missouri in 2018. She initially went into mixed animal practice before choosing to focus solely on small animal medicine. Dr. Nolan's professional interests include dermatology, comprehensive preventative care, and open communication with pet owners. Although a St. Louis native, Dr. Nolan has lived in Boonville for the last 4 years with her husband, 2 dogs, 4 cats, and pet axolotl.

  • Whitney Fahrendorf, RVT

    Practice Manager
    Registered Veterinary Technician

    Whitney is a 2012 graduate of Maple Woods Veterinary Technology Program and a 2013 graduate of Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelors of Technology in Agriculture (with an emphasis in animal science). She has been working as a Registered Veterinary Technician since 2012 and has spent several years in both mixed animal and academia/specialty practices. She worked at CCAH from 2017-2020 and re-joined our team July 2024.

    Veterinary Receptionist

    Michelle joined CCAH in November 2025. She graduated from Moberly Sr. High School & now resides in Columbia. She has many years of experience in the medical clerical field. Outside of work she enjoys going to Mizzou & KC Chiefs Football games! Michelle’s been married to her husband for 35 yrs. & has two children & three grandchildren & a furry kid!

  • Courtney Smith, RVT

    Registered Veterinary Technician

    Courtney is a 2012 graduate of Fayette High School. She is a 2014 graduate of The Vet Tech Institute at Hickey College in St. Louis. She joined our health care team in September 2014. In November of 2014 Courtney passed the Veterinary Technician National Exam and in January of 2015 she passed the Missouri State Board Exam.

  • Nicole Cottrell

    Technician

    Nicole is a 2000 graduate of New Franklin High school and a 2004 University of Missouri graduate with a BS in Biology. She re-joined our staff in March 2007 after working for years in a small animal clinic setting in Columbia.  She worked for CCAH years previously in High School, and still remembers our clients, and, yes, even some of our patients from years ago.

    Technician

    Shelby is a New Franklin, MO native. She graduated NFHS in 2019 and then went on to obtain her bachelor's degree in biology at Drury University where she graduated in 2023. Shelby most enjoys spending time with her family and her dogs Doc, Boss, Josephine, and Ringo. We welcomed her to the CCAH team in July of 2023.

    Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist

    Emma is originally from Bosworth, MO where she grew up on her family farm raising & showing cattle. She graduated from North Central Missouri College in May of 2024 and is currently pursuing a degree in Veterinary Technology at Moberly Area Community College. Emma joined our team in August of 2024. She enjoys spending time with her family and still helps out on her family farm when she can.

    Rebecca Shaw is a 2025 Boonville High School graduate. She is currently attending State Fair Community College to get her associates degree in pre-vet. She started job shadowing here early 2025 and became an official member in August. Outside of work she loves to make art, woodworking projects and spend time with her 15 year old dog Laura.
